Welcome to BluEm Beauty {Pronounced Bloom • I love a good pun& since my hair is Blue and my name is Emily 🤭} I'm Emily, esthetician for all things waxing,lashes, & brows (and a whole lot of laughter). Licensed since 2020, I started my journey with lash extensions and quickly fell in love with creating natural, effortless sets that make you feel like the best version of yourself. But let's be real, waxing is where my heart is - there's something so satisfying about a good strip, am I right? Before I traded in my scrubs for a wax warmer, I spent 12 years in healthcare, but let's just say I'm having a lot more fun now. A little about me: I'm a people person (yes, really!), and I LOVE meeting new clientd and making friends. My ADHD brain keeps things interesting, so our appointments will be full of laughter, random tangents, and maybe a few unrelated stories (sorry, not sorry) and i will definitelybe dropping things and throwing wax sticks on the ground instead of the trash can!! CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take a moment to review our salon policies so we can provide you with the best experience every visit. **Late Policy** **Grace Period:** We know things come up and a 10-minute grace period is allowed. Please call or text if you’re running late. **After 10 Minutes:** Your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, but the full service price still applies.** **After 15 Minutes:** The appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show. Our no-show policy will apply. **Repeated Lateness:** Consistent lateness may require **prepayment** for future services. **No-Show & Cancellation Policy** * **24-Hour Notice:** Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. **Late Cancellations:** Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. **No-Shows:** Missed appointments without notice will be charged **100% of the service cost.** **Repeat No-Shows:** May require full prepayment before booking. ✨ These policies ensure fairness and keep our schedule open for everyone who wants to bloom. ✨
